- Conceptualized and curated “In their Memory” exhibition, 2003.
- Conceptualized & curated “100 Shaheed–100 Lives” exhibition, 2001.

- Conceptualized & curated Nakba 50th anniversary program: Website, collecting video testimonies of survivors, film screenings, exhibitions, & design of lectures series.http://www.alnakba.org

Programmatic:
- Conceptualized, designed & oversaw implementation of first comprehensive program of visual arts access: Busing students to exhibitions & workshops, publications, & young artists’ support & education.
- Conceptualized, designed & oversaw implementation of cultural outreach programs to refugees’ schools & community college students.

- Initiated & supervised implementation of collection, editing & publishing of the Khalil Al-Sakakini diaries.
- Conceptualized, designed & oversaw implementation of program of monitoring & improvement of local media coverage of the arts.
- Devised template for monthly program of public events: Concerts, art exhibits, film screenings, lectures, literary events & activities for children.
Managerial:
- Ran Sakakini from its establishment: initiated change of legal status from governmental entity to NGO, convened founding board, and fundraised.
- Selected twice coordinator of the Network of Ramallah Art Centers.
